My name is Louise Blades. I am a horse fanatic, serious amateur show-jumper, Stübben Saddle specialist and experienced saddle fitter; and I feel very lucky to have three lovely talented horses: Rumble, Sake and Kojak.
It used to be very frustrating, knowing what model and size of saddle I wanted, yet not being able to get my hands on one or even know where to look, so I thought I would try to kill two birds with one stone; solve the above problem and make a living in and around horses.
I specialise in Stübben well because they're my favourite and I jump in nothing else. When you have felt the comfort and security of sitting in the right Stübben saddle you won't want anything else, and they last forever, well almost.
Having been trained by Stübben UK in Corby, Nottinghamshire, and having attended a Master Saddlers Residential Foundation Course, you can be confident in my ability to fit your new saddle to both you and your horse. I understand what the blocks do and how you feel up there.
As a Stübben Saddle specialist we have many used models in stock which offers you the rare opportunity of being able to sit in several different models, finding out exactly what style suits you best.
Alternatively, if you live out of my area, I offer a world wide mail order service for new saddles and a seven day trial on used saddles as long as they are returned in the same condition as sent.
